A. Information from Shopify (Merchant Data)

When you install the Trevur app on your Shopify store, we are automatically granted access to certain types of data via the Shopify API to generate analytics and insights:

• Shop Data: Store name, currency, timezone, and domain.
• Order Data: Order IDs, timestamps, totals, line items, and fulfillment status.
• Product Data: Product titles, variants, SKUs, inventory levels, and pricing.
• Customer Data: Names, emails, and location data (city/country) associated with orders to calculate LTV and cohort analysis.

B. Information from Third-Party Integrations

If you choose to connect third-party platforms (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Klaviyo) to Trevur, we collect:

• Campaign Performance: Ad spend, ROAS, impressions, clicks, and conversion data.
• Attribution Data: Data required to match ad spend with Shopify sales.

C. Account Information

We collect information you provide directly when registering for Trevur, such as your name, email address, password, and billing information (processed securely by our payment provider).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To Provide AI Insights: Processing your store and ad data through our AI models to answer your questions (e.g., "What was my profit yesterday?", "Which ads are underperforming?").
• Analytics & Reporting: Generating dashboards, calculating LTV, and visualizing sales trends.
• Service Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve the accuracy of our AI Copilot.
• Communication: Sending you updates, security alerts, and support messages.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Data Processing

Trevur utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to function as your Data Analyst. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Data Context: Relevant subsets of your anonymized data (e.g., "Total Sales yesterday") may be processed by our AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) solely to generate answers to your queries.
• No Training on Your Data: We do not use your specific store data to train public AI models. Your data remains isolated to your account context.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting via Vercel/AWS, database providers, payment processors).
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.
• Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal and store data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service. If you uninstall the Trevur app from your Shopify store, we generally retain data for 30 days to allow for re-installation recovery, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless legally required to be retained.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
