Trevur is an AI-powered data analyst platform for e-commerce merchants. It integrates with Shopify and various advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) to aggregate data and provide insights via dashboards and a chat interface.

3. AI Disclaimer (Important)

Trevur utilizes Generative AI technology to provide insights. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy, AI models can occasionally produce incorrect or "hallucinated" responses. You should verify critical financial data before making significant business decisions.
• No Professional Advice: Insights provided by Trevur do not constitute professional financial, legal, or investment advice.
• Ad Automation: If you use Trevur to audit or automate ads, you are responsible for monitoring your ad spend and budget. Trevur is not liable for unintended ad spend resulting from AI suggestions.

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Trevur is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Free Installation: The Trevur Shopify App is free to install ("Free to install").
• SaaS Subscription: Access to advanced AI features and historical data analysis may require a paid subscription on the Trevur platform, billed separately from your Shopify invoice.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its "Trevur Copilot" AI engine, code, design, and logos, is the property of Trevur and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your store data (Customer Data).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trevur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Third-Party Links and Integrations

Our Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services (e.g., Shopify, Meta, Google) that are not owned or controlled by Trevur. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trevur operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
